オーガニック白ワインのピクルス液で作るキノコのマリネ

Marinated mushrooms made from pickled organic white wine

An arrangement recipe that uses pickled organic white wine (mini) or adult carrot pickled liquid.

A simple recipe that matches the aroma and texture of pickled liquid and trumpet mushrooms very well.

It is also recommended to mix several other mushrooms!

ピクルス液で作るキノコのマリネ

<Material>

King trumpet 1 pack

Garlic 2 slices

1 bottle of pickled organic white wine (approx. 60㎖)

A little salt and pepper

Olive oil

* In the photo, ace veggie sweets yellow carrots are used together, but orange carrots and spring cabbage can also be delicious.

1. Slice the trumpet mushrooms vertically, and cut carrots and vegetables to the same size.

2. Put olive oil and slices of garlic in a frying pan and cook slowly over low heat.

3. When the aroma comes out, fry the carrots.Fry until the texture remains.

4, Add the trumpet mushrooms and fry quickly.Firmly salt and pepper.

* Pepper is recommended to be coarsely ground pepper or crushed grain pepper.

If you don't have enough olive oil, add it as you like.The more you eat, the better!

5, When it's cooked, add the pickle liquid at once.

Entangle the whole thing firmly, and if the pickle liquid is roughly cooked, it's done.It's delicious even when chilled!

The only seasoning is salt and pepper, so it is recommended to season it firmly, and adjust it to your liking.

I prefer to use plenty of olive oil ♡
