Sweet and sour chicken

Material

Approximately 100 ml of remaining pickle liquid

A 2 tablespoons ketchup

A 1 teaspoon sugar

A 1 teaspoon soy sauce

A 1 teaspoon of potato starch (or cornstarch)

1 chicken breast (about 250g)

Potato starch for chicken sprinkling (or flour)

1 egg

A little of your favorite vegetables such as onions

How to make

① Put the seasoning of A in the remaining pickle liquid bottle and shake well.

② Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with potato starch (or wheat flour), and bake in a frying pan. Fry vegetables as well.

③ Once cooked, take it out and make scrambled eggs with eggs.

④ When ③ is completed, add the meat and vegetables from ②, add the well-mixed pickle liquid, and when it becomes thick, it is ready.
